.Talent feature allows you to administer Growth Leader Assessments (GLAs) to others -- you’ll only be charged when you choose to generate a report, which is done by purchasing a token.
1. Log in to console and go to Talent screen/page
2. Create new a job
3. Fill in the required information to create a new job, and click next
4. Skip this part for viewing right (for advanced users to show/hide to certain admin), by clicking next
5. Add new candidate by filling in name and email, and click Add button
6. Click send to send email to the candidates
7. The candidates will then get this email with subject "Invitation to complete the Growth Leader Assessment", then the candidate should click the Start button to open the assessment
8. It will open the assessment page, then he/she can click Start
9. Then it will open the same page as GLA assessment and he/she need to complete and submit the answers.
10. After he/she finished, then we can check here by clicking the job name
11. Then you can see the list of candidate that already completed the Assessment, but you need to purchase token to view/download the report and results
