How to Create a Job
Step 1: In the left menu bar of your console, go to ".Talent"
Step 2: Click "Create" to start adding a Job title/information
Step 3: Fill in these boxes with the Job name and information. Then, click "next"
Step 4: Assign individuals or interviewers with Produgie accounts by adding their name/email to view or access the Candidate's report; once you're done adding them, click "Next" to continue
Ensure the person you add has a Produgie account and belongs to your tenant or the same tenant; otherwise, you cannot add them to access the report
Step 5: Add in your Candidates! Add the names and email addresses of the candidates you want to send the assessment to
Please note that when you send an assessment to a candidate, only designated individuals or interviewers with viewing rights can access the candidate's data or report. Candidates who have completed the assessment will not have access to their own assessment data or results.
Optional Step: After you have added the candidates, you can choose to generate a unique link for each candidate and send it to them directly or share the assessment link in any way you prefer. Click "Generate the Link" to copy the link
Once the assessment links are generated, no email notifications will be sent to candidates. Since you generated the links, it is your responsibility to share them with the candidates
If you don't want to generate a link, skip this step and continue to Step 6.
Step 6: Below that, you can simply click "Send". This means that you're automatically sending the candidates the invitation to take the Growth Leader Assessment through an email notification from Produgie.
Please note that the notification email that the candidate will receive is
from Produgie and not from either the Admin or the interviewer
Step 7: After adding a job and candidates, you will be directed to the Job Overview screen in .Talent, where you can see the assessment progress if it’s completed
