How to Customize Growth Leader 360

​As an Admin, you have the ability to upload your own company model for a unique view. This feature allows you to combine our Growth Leader 360 survey and report with your leadership model, providing you with a comprehensive view of your company's growth.


How to Upload Your Company Model

Follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1: Go to www.console.produgie.com. In the Console Dashboard, you can click "Customize Growth Leader 360" or access it in the left menu bar under the Custom section, click "Leader 360" to start.

Once you have accessed the Customize GL 360 screen, you will be able to make changes to your Growth Leader 360 settings and preferences.

Step 2: Customize your GL360 by clicking this "Edit Model"

Step 3: Fill in the boxes with your company's model title, description, and sidebar name. Upload your company logo, leadership model framework, document and a reference link

Step 4: Modify Growth Leader capability, definition, and category. Add 100% definition for each level, depending on how many levels you want to add

Step 5: Once you've finished customizing your capabilities and 100% definition and you can rearrange the order of capabilities and include or exclude them depending on how you want it

Step 6: Activate your Growth Leader 360 framework. In the future, you can disable or inactivate the framework

Below the "activate model" buttons are "preview survey, report, and edit the model"

Once your company model has been uploaded, it will be automatically aligned with our Growth Leader 360 survey and report. This will provide you with a comprehensive view of your company's growth and allow you to make informed decisions based on the data.



Access the customized GL360

Step 1: Go to www.my.produgie.com and click "My Impact" to view the customized Growth Leader 360

Step 2: Click the sidebar name to access your customized GL360 survey.

Click "sample survey" to see how GL36 questions look like when raters receive it


How to Send GL360 Survey

Step 1: In Custom Leader 360, start adding the name, email, and relationship of your rater. Then click the "Add" button to add your raters

You can repeat the process until you've completed adding all your raters

Step 2: Once done adding/selecting your nominees and assigning roles, you can click "Send Survey" to send it out

Note: Once you click the "Send Survey" button, your nominated raters will

receive a notification email that invites them to do or take the Growth Leader 360


Generate Custom GL360 Report

Step 1: Select all or at least 3 raters and click "Generate Report"

Step 2: Confirm to generate the report

Step 3: Once the report is generated, you will be able to access and view the report and the leadership model GL360 (including model framework, document and model link)
